If you have a question about shopping online at Planters & Stuff™, you may be able to find an
answer to your query below. Here are some of our customers' most frequently asked questions:
When
will my order be delivered? All orders are generally delivered within 7 working days. If your order has not
arrived within this time, please telephone us on 01465 871287.
How do I know if my order
has been received by you? You will receive an order confirmation to the email address you have used when ordering
from us.
Can I add to an existing order? You can add items to your order until you confirm
your payment details and complete the order. Once the order is confirmed, you cannot add items to the same order. If you'd
like to order additional items, please place a new order.
Do I have to be there to sign for delivery? Most couriers require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery. This is to ensure the goods were delivered
and received correctly. If you can't be there to sign for delivery, you can provide special delivery instructions during
the checkout process for our drivers to leave the item(s) with a neighbour or in some other safe place. Otherwise, remember
that you can specify a different delivery address while ordering and have your order delivered to your workplace, a neighbour's,
etc.
Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund? All custom-made products are quality-assured
prior to dispatch. For this reason, we cannot accept such goods which are returned to us for credit, refund or replacement
unless they are faulty.
We will accept returns of faulty goods, provided they are returned to us within 7 days
from receipt of delivery and you have contacted us first for a returns number. Returned items will only be accepted in the
following circumstances:
- The goods must be in their original condition and sent
by courier or Royal Mail recorded delivery
- We are not liable for the costs of returning the
goods unless they are faulty
- We will not accept returned goods without the original packaging
and instructions
Are receipts sent with deliveries? Yes. The receipt
is contained within the address label on the parcel. You will need this in case you wish to return goods.
Can
I place an order from overseas? We only ship to UK mainland addresses although items may be purchased by overseas
customers for delivery within the UK mainland - for example, when bought as presents or gifts for someone resident in the
UK.
Are my details secure? Yes. Shopping on the Planters & Stuff™ website is as
secure as shopping in any store. Your credit card details are not held by us or on our site and are processed by Paypal via
their encrypted site.
How can I pay for my purchases? You can pay for your purchases online
using most major credit or debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo,
American Express, Style or Paypal.
What should I do if my credit/debit card was refused when placing an
order? If your credit or debit card was refused while placing an order on the Planters & Stuff™ website,
please resubmit your order using a different card. Contact your card issuer to find out why your card was refused.
