Shipping and Delivery
Planters
& Stuff deliver to the UK mainland only. Delivery is normally within 7 days of the order being placed. Delivery is charged
at £5 regardless of the size, weight or number of items ordered.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply
or deliver the goods ordered, we will provide a full refund including delivery charges.

Damaged Goods Do not sign for or accept delivery of
goods which appear to have been damaged in transit. In the event that goods arrive damaged, please contact us immediately
on 01465 871287.
Cancellation All our wooden
planters and water features are generally made to order and, for this reason, we cannot accept cancellation of orders once
placed.
Returns All custom-made products
are quality-assured prior to dispatch. For this reason, we cannot accept such goods which are returned to us for credit, refund
or replacement unless they are faulty.
We will accept returns on manufactured or faulty goods, provided they are
returned to us within 7 days from receipt of delivery and you have contacted us first for a returns number. Returned items
will only be accepted in the following circumstances:
- The goods must be in
their original condition and sent by courier or Royal Mail recorded delivery
- We are not liable
for the costs of returning the goods unless they are faulty
- We will not accept returned goods
without the original packaging and instructions.
